Questions about the ordinances & effects

Is the town going to refund all those fines and costs they collected on the ordinances they didn't legally publish? Also, what about the builders who incurred extra cost because the building code they didn't legally adopt.

    Hi "Anonymous" - Don't have the answer to this question. Maybe someone from the Town Hall can address this soon?

    We do know that the Town is in the process of correctly publishing the 3 ordinances in question and are doing everything to correct the issue.

    Good question. Why doesn't someone from the town come on and answer this. Isn't that what we hire a lawyer for.
